Description

Physical description: Two storey cement rendered and painted building with quoin stone detailing. Simple rectangular shape in massing, with front facade being symmetrical with loggia and open balcony to upper level and colonnade below. The windows are of strict proportion and rhythm consisting of small pane double hung timber sashes. Two gable ends face street with circular accent vents. Decorative bracketing to eaves. Extensions to side of building.
